If you ask offshore books, generally no. offshore books don't allow. for example betphoenix has 250$ europan basketball limits.
I'm not sure, Greek might allow up to 500? Definitely never like NBA limits.

Pinny has a lot, and as always with good prices and limits. On most European national leagues they take 2k, Euroleague 5k. But nowhere near NBA limits.
