Where do I file sportsbook theft complaints with SBR?

A sportsbook ripped me off on a grading issue and it doesn't look like they have any intention of rectifying the situation. I am still going to give them a couple more days to make things right, but if they can't fix this problem themselves I would like to file a complaint with SBR. To what email address should I send my complaint. Thanks.
