Matchbook delays in checks

i assume u requested fed ex?

that option was taken down from the website, they told me it will be back up after the holdidays. what do they tell you?

They sent me a bogus DHL tracking # that nothing comes up on DHL's website

Send Matchbook an e-mail and ask them for explanation. If the response is not satisfactory, file a complaint with SBR.

Why get checks? Their e-wallets options are much better. I get paid within minutes after a request for insta-deb payouts.

Well unlike the rest of us that live in the US we have to request check because insta-deb is not an option for us thats why he requested a check. Dont you think we would have thought to use that option?Nice of you to rub it in that u get it in minutes

I used to withdraw via GP unfortunately that no longer is an option. As far as book to book I do it if I want money in 5Dimes or Betjam but I have plenty of money in both books and Matchbook checks are the cheapest only charging $39.

Bro dont worry match is good good, u will get your money. Checks get at your doorstep when u wake up. Maybe you made a mistake and sent it regular mail by accident. Or maybe just cause it is christmas time they did tell me the checks could be alittle late but it came on time and it was last week so thats the only thing i could think of.

They are FREE at BETJAM.........transfer there, roll it over 4x and get a free payout.

I have been waiting for my check also. No tracking number nothing. Payout requested 12/13. Was told dept. for processing will open today and to check back. Complained with Bill Dozer, he told me to wait longer it was too early to complain.

Exactly why would you want to complain about Match they are great. They only process MOn-Fri but i dont understand the hold up i recieved a check last week in 4days and they did tell me that customers were having a slight delay and i might have to wait but i didnt have any issues.

Never a check delay for me... I dont pay for courier - if I need it fast I just use a bank wire.

But Regular mail checks take 15-25 business days.

Okay I am in the same predicament. I just withdrew from Matchy via fed ex a couple weeks ago and it was great. But now that option is no longer available what is the best option for withdrawal for US resident? I have a GP account is that still reliable? Or am i stuck waiting a month for a fukking check?

I received a check Friday that was requested last Monday. Was sent a tracking # the day it was to arrive. 4 days.

So instead of paying $39 to get a $3000 check from MB, you would have people send it over to BJ for a 4x rollover and "free" payout. That's $12,000 in action at a 20 cent joint, or an average loss of $600 in vig--not to mention the time it would take to churn 12k in bets. Not that great a deal IMO.

It seems like for the foreseeable future for US residents the only option for a withdrawal from MB is going to be the snail pace US mail.

Person on chat today said early January fed ex will be available again. Looks like i am screwed for now then.

G*o*l*d p*a*y has a limit at $2500 now. I remember the maximum for gp withdraw is more than 10k..

That's not very encouraging....neither is a transfer to Betjam and full-vig lines, or a transfer to 5D and then pay for the check.

Very few good places left to bet at anymore !

Update I received my check today and went to a Citibank branch to cash and all is well and Matchbook was nice enough to refund me the $39 fee because of the hassle.

Not surpirsing that they refunded the $39. They are pretty good with things like that. Now if only they could solve all the glitches in their software that slows down the site - and elimate the down time. Then we would be al set!
