    Bookmaker customer service is terrible
    They promised to get back to me on multiple occasions, and then just avoided me. And finally they just ignored me. Pretty sad in an industry that relies on customers to treat them so badly.

    Don't send Bookmaker an e-mail if you ever want a response on anything.

      I don't think there is a book where you won't have some players saying their customer service is terrible. I have seen pros and con with Bookmaker, like most everyone else.

        Kazuc, can't it be resolved via LiveChat? IME that's pretty good. Plus the free $2,500 weekly payout within hours via Moneybookers isn't to be sniffed at.

            I heard this method works: if you find a rep there thats helpful, always seek that person out with email or live chat. don't take your chances with just whoever happens to get it or you will get the "form" answers
