They promised to get back to me on multiple occasions, and then just avoided me. And finally they just ignored me. Pretty sad in an industry that relies on customers to treat them so badly.

I heard this method works: if you find a rep there thats helpful, always seek that person out with email or live chat. don't take your chances with just whoever happens to get it or you will get the "form" answersComment
