Was just going to create a new thread about this. Total bush league. If I had the number specifically for the Wagering Dept. I believe they are open but I cannot find it anywhere on their site. It's certainly not on their "Contact Us" page. I was going to send an email but in doing so you'd be leaving yourself open to some bigtime angle shooting (if your bet loses "oh, sorry, we can only cancel bets that are called in" and if you win "OK, we canceled it for you, no problem"). I don't think Heritage is the kind of book to take a shot, but it sucks to be in that position. Guess I'm just gonna hold my Spurs bet and cross my fingers. I will be emailing Heritage tomorrow to get their wagering number and let them know what I think of their promo. And this comes from a longtime Heritage supporter as my previous posts have indicated.

If you want to cancel, call them now. The one thing i know about them is that go above and beyond with regards to customer service. They will make sure you dont get screwed.

Still it's disturbing you can't get a hold of them to cancel the bet when that's the whole point of the promo.

Had SA +1 and cancelled my bet at the half. Then put $200 on SA +1/2 for the 2nd half. Would have been better off just leaving my initial $500 play.

i'm certain if you explained to them that it was a no brainer to cancel the bet they would have this morning even after the result was known.

SA -1 bet would be a no brainer IMO

halftime line was SA +1/2 with SA down 3

why would anyone keep SA is what i would tell them.

kept denver bet and took sa pk for 2nd half for 1/2 my heritage bet
good promo but much tougher with nba. also late game is tough on us east coasters that have to work in the am. fell asleep as the game began and woke up at halftime to decide what to do

Just like bigdaddy said, I got an email from them saying you need to call 800-555-8800 to cancel the bet.

They also said about due to the number of emails received they are going to make this more clear.

For past "cancel at halftime" promos either number would work. Because of the late start time that wasn't the case this time around.

Lesson learned.

Just like patswin said, I'm on the east coast and just staying up until halftime is tough on a weekday.

I hope they do games with earlier start times in the future. Of course I have the option of not participating in the promo, but it's such a good promo it's hard not to.

These promos are the best in the industry. Didn't have opinion on the game, and got paid both ways. Nice way to kick off Xmas.

Glad nobody got hurt with the wrong phone number. That was lucky for all involved. The wagering number used to be clearly mentioned (I have it on speed dial). This does not seem to be the case now. From the website, after you click 'Contact Us':
