requested a payout on 12/3. I haven't received it yet... and it seems like only person who can help me is Scotty and I already spoke to him regarding on the issue I am having right now. I called in to check the status today and CSR told me to call back in about 20-30minutes.... call them back and he is not in the office.... long story short... I requested a bank wire on 12/3. I haven't received it yet so I contact scotty this past Sunday. He admitted that I should have already received it and he asked me to check my bank account again on monday and give him a call back. On Monday, I checked my account and nothing came in. So called him and he wasn't there.... after calling in like once every 30 minutes, I finally reach him... he said he will put a trace on the wire.. I asked him if there is anyway he can just cancel the transaction and credit my account so I can use other option to withdraw the funds. He said I probably will have to wait till tomorrow but he will try his best. I called in again around 4ish to check the status. I talk to person name Heilman or something.... he told me to wait couple more days.... he was just keep saying "couple more days, couple more days" without giving me any kind of explanation.... I wasn't sure if he meant couple more days before money will be available in my bank account or couple more days before they can cancel the bank wire and put money into my account. Anyways, I checked my bank account again and of course, nothing in my account... called betjam again hoping to talk with Scotty to get an update and he wasn't there... but, CSR said I have to wait 5-7 business days for bank wire.. and i was like it's been more than 5-7 business days and I requested my wire on 12/3...and she said for some reason, my wire was sent on 12/9...... lady told me to call back in 20-30 minutes to speak with Scotty...so just called them again and of course, he is not in yet

I just requested a payout from them in the end of november and check was delivered in 3 or 4 days. There must have been some type of mix up bet jamaica is one of the best books out there as far as payouts go.Comment -

i know i will get my money... frustrating part is that everytime I call them, I get a different answers from their employees... not only that, everytime I call them to talk to Scotty, they always tells me to call them back 20-30minutes later....Comment -
I have to literally call 6 7 times before I can talk to Scotty... he is really good person and easy to work with... and he is the boss there so therefore, I would want to talk to him to get a straight up answer instead of talking to other people to get a different answersComment -

lolz.... check the payout record thread... it is in 4 figures... and just to let you guys know, I received the bank wire today... and soxwin... if they told me to call back 3-4 hours later, i would have waited and called... but in this case, every time I call them, they told me to call back 20-30min later to talk to Scotty...please read the whole thing if you are going to comment on something dumbass... also, another thing... still haven't been able to reach Scotty and he still haven't call me after I left them my call back number.Comment -

I'd do the same thing if I was Betjam. Quit being a pest. Wait to two weeks at the most for starting acting like you really need that money desperately, since your probably going to lose and deposit it back in anyways
Fastest betjam payout from them was requested at 10:00PM at night and received at 7:00Am next day via their former debit option. They use to be lighting fast, but like any place, they'll run into problems here and there.Comment
