All Bets must go at the day & place listed at the time of the bet or the Bet is cancelled. It is a gaming condition rule in Las Vegas and almost universally applied. Any bets before the change are almorst assuredly cancelled everywhere!

They aren't showing it on TV because Monday night football is contractually protected to not have any NFL competition.

If I ran a sportsbook site, I would do exactly what Bookmaker is doing (charging $50 for a withdrawal) as that is a great way to weed out $5 and $10 bettors who produce almost no revenue for the site but bitch up a storm over every little thing.

                Smart move by Bookmaker.

By charging up to $200 for B2B transfers, Bookmaker pisses off larger bettors too. However, it tends to create a one-way transfer advantage in BM's favor for those who wish to avoid the fees. Perhaps that's another smart move on their part, but at a cost and inconvenience to their clients.

Bookmaker charged me $300 for a b2b transfer. Its extortion but I paid it so I could get money into Matchbook.

If you have NFL Ticket, the NYG/Viking game was televised.

YOu can negotiate transfer out fees before sending money to bookmaker if sending a sizeable amount.
