#5SBR is way too peachy on them. They have issues. Are a pure rec book. That said, they should reside in the Low Bs/high Cs. Likely a fringe top 10-15 for US players.
For a rec player... Possibly top 3. The issues they have basically don't effect rec players (wager limits/withdrawal limits/etc). Apparently this book is financially stable, but I can't imagine any scenario where they didn't just spew money since inception.Comment -
