Hi everybody.
I have a big problem of payout with the Sportsbook Bodog. This sportsbook is rated A,and it's true it provides good offers for bets, but i must say i've never seen such an incompetent customer service! Due to the new law that was passed in France, Bodog could not accept french customers anymore and had to close my account, but they told me i could withdraw money remaining without any problem. So i made a payout request (amount 410.49 euros) by bank wire the 15th of october. A few weeks later, as i hadn't received any money on my bank account and had no news from them, i contacted them and they explained to me they needed more bank informations and credit card informations. I sent them the required documentation and made a second payout request. I have received email from bodog confirming they had received documentation and that was ok:
"Dear Mr. Matthieu,
Thank you for contacting Bodog Financial Services.
We have received your documentation for Credit Card 5134 **** **** 6590. This Credit Card is now verified.
Your pending withdrawal request will be forwarded to the Payouts Department for processing"
After a very long time, i still hadn't received any money on my bank account so i contacted bodog to have news about my payout, and they wrote me the 27th of november:
"Dear Mr. Mathieu,
Thank you for contacting Bodog Financial Services.
Upon review of your account, we see that your payout for $410.49 from Fri, Oct 15, 2010 has already been processed and sent to your Banking Institution.
This payout was processed on Nov 16, 2010 and should have taken 10 business days from the date mentioned to hit your Bank Account.
We advise, that you check your Bank account carefully as the money was already sent to you. If you are not able to locate the funds on your Bank Account please submit to us, a copy of your statement for the month of November to be reviewed".
SO i waited ten more days...Still no money. As Bodog had asked me, i went to my bank to trace the payout, and my banker explained to me he needed details such as name of bodog's bank, bank wire reference,...
I immediately contacted Bodog to have these informations, but i received no one, and the worth is that today i received this email from Bodog:
"Dear Mr. Matthieu,
Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.
As per review of your account, we see that there is only one payout request made and that is the one dated October 15, 2010 which was recently canceled as per your request. If you would like to request for another payout you may contact our toll free hotline listed below.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us."
Is it a joke ???! They tell me today that i have to contact them for payout where as they told me a few weeks ago that payout had been processed on november 16 !!!And they made me go to my bank whereas they've never made any payment ?!? Everytime i contact them i have a different "story" and no one able to answer my simple and precise questions. I think that perhaps, as french customers are not accepted anymore, Bodog believes they can allow themselves to keep/steal money from former french customers! If they think so, they make big mistake! I'm desperate and that's why i'm contacting SBR so that you can help me to be paid after 2 months ! Help me please.
