I got a message from them after requesting a withdrawal on Sunday

Unfortunately our processor informed us that they have a technical issue to send your money. We are working with them to resolve this situation as fast as possible and send your money.

Requested a bankwire so I talked to live chat and asked if switching to check withdrawal would help and was informed all withdrawal methods were currently not working.

This wouldn't be THAT big a deal if they hadn't cut my limits 4 months ago to $10 across the board. Now I'm stuck with money there(CFB futures that won) that I can't do anything with

Odd. I've had a lot of success working with Brobury. Send me an email with your account number, and how much you're owed. I'll talk to them and try to speed things up.

I got a similar message, since they usually pay quickly, I just thought it was a courtesy for them to send that.

Payment showed up today, even with their little processor snag it was faster than most other online books.

There seems to problems with all the Jazette books - makes sense as they all use the same processor. Some days it's impossible others, perfect. I think there are two ways (links) of getting your history etc, one seems to work better than the other.
