5Dimes First Time instant deposit Payout
I've been playing on 5dimes throughout the 2010 NFL season, been up and down, made a few deposits over the course of the year. Finally got up to $1500 and last week decided to make my first withdraw of $1200. Did this via instant deposit wire since they offer it free of charge on Mondays. After submitting the necessary documentation it was processed on Monday, 11/29. It's now Wednesday, 12/8 and no funds have been received.

I just did a live chat with 5dimes and they informed me that if a payout isn't received within 5 business days it is typically returned to them, which takes 10 business days. They instructed me to wait until Friday, 12/10, and get back to them if the money still hadn't transferred.

I have great confidence in 5Dimes because of the high rating from SBR, but have had numerous problems with other small books in the past, so I figured I'd go ahead and post this. I'm sure I'll get my payout soon enough, but I had hoped for a flawless transaction from a top-rated sportsbook. I will post updates as I receive them. Thanks for reading!

        Funds returned to account

Hours after chatting with 5Dimes regarding not receiving the withdraw, I received an e-mail stating that "the instant deposit from 11-29 has been returned due to unable to locate amount". I confirmed that my bank account information was correct. They posted the funds back to my account. After a second chat I was informed that FedEx is also free one time every 30 days so I'll give that a shot next, since people seem to have more success that way.
