bet 24 is cancel winning

I was registered some days ago, have won with 33 usd 111usd, have ordered this money. They have demanded from me documents, them have approved, have demanded a screen from moneybookers, but it haven't approved, have told that it false. (It is visible moneybookers merge all given to whom has got) This account moneybookers operates not only I, but also my friend as we live in one house. Besides moneybookers forbid to create the second account on one address, therefore we share one account in this system and there were no with anybody problems. After long dismantling, they have unblocked an account, but have left only the deposit, and a prize have removed referring that I have sent them not a correct screen.
I would want that they have paid deserved modest wining, and not just the deposit. Besides I didn't receive bonuses also a multiaccount wasn't engaged, so it is a problem at them more likely

I am 99.9% sure that you and your friend can have your own Moneybookers accounts so that excuse is no good. What they specifically forbid though (I would think!) is for people to share a Moneybookers account.

You can have more than one account per household with moneybookers. Sharing and depositing money from someone elses moneybookers account is a big no no!

you can even have more moneybookers accounts in different currencies if you are a VIP there

It's definitely illegal to share your Momeybookers account with somebody else. So it's no surprise that bet24 acted this way.
