Sportingbet Problem

I am not sure if this is a valid complaint, but it seems unethical at the very least. SportingBet recently sent me a bonus offer of 500 with a deposit of 1000, it comes with a requirement of 2500 on football. I deposited the 1000 and received the bonus like advertised. But when i try to bet I can only bet 10 at the most, usually less. On many of the Champions League games, I can bet less than 1. I have 21 days to finish the 2500 requirement, and I am guessing that would take about 400 bets, if it is even possible. Maybe more as I seem to be limited to around 1 for the smaller leagues.

I have made maybe 2 or 3 bets at sportingbet before getting this bonus offer. Support said I was limited after I deposited the 1000 but before I did any betting with it. I have called them 3 times explaining the situation, but it is clear no one is going to do anything. I have sent an email to admin@sportingbet.com, but I am not optimistic.

I understand it is their right to limit me, but coarsing me to deposit so much money and then limiting me to make it basically impossible to complete their rules seems very unethical if not completely rouge.

I dont really know what to do now. How should I proceed from here?

Books simply should not be able to get away with that.
If they won't allow you to withdraw your deposit you should refer the matter to IBAS and perhaps also lodge a complaint via SBR.

Sporting Bet are pretty notorious for limiting people. Agree that it's highly unethical to offer you that bonus and then impose ridiculous limits whilst you are wagering towards it. From what I remember, I was able to get significantly higher bets on other sports, especially tennis & darts when I was heavily limited on football and horse racing. I understand for the promotion you are talking about there was a 5x rollover on football and 10x on other sports. Guess your options would be trying to complete the bonus on sports other than football at the increased rollover or email them and ask to forfeit the bonus and withdraw. I'm pretty convinced you will not get your limits increased on football with them. Bit of a joke book really. Best of luck with it
