Bookmaker telephone reception...

I call every other sportsbook and friend/family from my apartment on my cell phone and the reception is fine on both ends. Always full bars showing. Up until the last couple of weeks it was fine with Bookmaker. Now Bookmaker clerks say they can't hear me on the other end of the line b/c of bad reception. Anybody else have this problem recently?

I remember a week or two ago someone on here wrote that they received a lot of calls from Bookmaker, but that when they answered it was just quiet. Someone said that Bookmaker were having problems in that thread.
