I requested a payout from bodog on 2/26/2008. The method I chose was check by mail. I got an email from bodog the next day that they would directly deposit the payout to my bank account instead of mailing me a check, since I funded the account using e-check when it was still available. The funds arrived at my bank account on 3/5/2008.

Bodog Issues
I am pretty much done with Bodog. I requested a payout on January 22nd. Since I requested multiple payouts that month they charged me a $20 fee. Three weeks after the payout request the send me an e-mail requesting I call them before cashing the check because there might be a problem with it. The check never came. Since they didn't want to have to cancel the check that didn't let me request a new check until well into March. With each phone call I got a new story about when to expect the check. However, the agreement they made with me in February is that I'd have the option of having the check mailed within 7 days or the money refunded to my account with a 10 percent bonus. When March arrived I asked about having the money refunded back to my account with the bonus as they had promised? They instead processed a courier check that could take up an average of 25 business days to arrive. They also charged me the same $20 processing fee despite the fact that I had no March withdrawals. When I asked about them at least waiving the fee since, I may have to wait two months for a payout -- they refused. And I asked this before the payout was processed. They also agreed intitially agreed then refused to put the money back into my account with the bonus. At this point I'm just hoping that any check arrives. Bodog has been pretty good about paying in the past, but after putting me through this ordeal with no compensation, I'm done. Especially when their customer service people have treated me like I'm the bad guy, just for wanting my money either freed to gamble or sent to me in a timely fashion. Given the amount I have played on their site over the few years this is unacceptable.Comment -
