Anyone deposit with InstaDebi?

This is just ridiculous. I used to love them, but they blocked my account when I didn't deserve it (a story for another day), and now I can't even request a withdrawal from my book because I have to use the same method I used for deposit.

This is a nightmare, and the only way to unblock it is to e-mail the InstaD security. They have NO phone number and reply to e-mails in 2 business days. The process has been taking an eternity, especially when they don't answer any of your questions, and just give short replies. Which means you have to e-mail them again and again, and wait another 2 business days each time.

I used to be a big fan, but this is making me furious. They didnt e-mail me back today, so now I have to wait until Monday for another short reply no doubt, and I won't even get this settled until the end of that week.

And to make matters worse, they need to debit my bank account of fees owing and they only do that on Mondays, and then would reactivate it on the Tuesday of the NEXT week.

So I am looking at just being ABLE to request a payout from my book sometime in the new year. This is complete and utter BS.

Anyone know a way to speed up this process?

well things are semi-settled now, but there will still be a long delay, have to wait until the week of the 13th just to be able to request a payout.

and there are some other issues which i am scared of, we will see how it pans out when i request a payout though.

i have had my account blocked , it was and end month situtation bank fees came out the same day, long story short i was nsf, they did not bother me or anything soon as i paid off the debt everything was back to normal, my next payout they didn't delay or make me wait any longer than normal
