still waiting on my check requetsed november 26th. last time i requested one, it never came and they eventually fedexed me a check. this is feeling similar.

pps- requested check from them last friday. yet to recieve it of course. requested checks from greek and legends on monday. recieved greek wednesday, legends thursday.

You should get within the 10 BUSINESS DAY Window..I requested one late last month and it came on the 9th business day...Yeah its not like Jamaica or Greek but you will get it and it will clear....I think they charge that to pay the processor to do send. All good don't worry!!!

hope so, as i said, last time it did not come within there slow 10 business day window. after about 15 business days i got them to fed ex me a new one. its just a hassle and makes no sense why other books give me a tracking number within a day and a check within 2-3 days. and here it has been 13 days and i get nothing. its uncompetitive on their part.

today is day 14 and no check. because of this slowness i transferred funds to thegreek today and they do it within hours. the slowness of there checks is either cheapness or laziness. i dont know.

day 15. they send me the following excuse via email today. unacceptable. feel like they are making up holidays. again, why charge as much as other places that send via fed ex in 2 days????!!!

"According to my records, you requested the check on Nov 26th. Your first business day was suppose to be Nov 29th but it was a National Panamanian Holiday; therefore it will not be considered as a business day. Dec 8th was another National Holiday.
In other words, Monday, Nov 13th should be the 9th business day.
We do not have a tracking number as our checks are sent thru regular mail."

That sucks it will get there I know Alex said sometimes takes a bit longer then 10 Business Days....Holidays too slow down things...I would not worry u will get sooner hopefully rather then later

its just not done well. every other book i know of has an option to get a check with a tracking number. its just the proper way to do it. if there is a problem it can be tracked! this is just slow and behind in the times.its laughable the differnece in my check request from betonline vs my recent requests from bodog, greek, 5dimes, betjamaica, legendz.

no joke- bodog sent me a check that bounced. i recieved that check, depsoited it, recieved notfication from the bank, sent proof to bodog, recieved another check from bodog, deposited it. this was ll done in less time then it is taking for me to recieve this check from betonline. its a MAJOR issue with betonline. and its been like this for a long time.

The way the industry has been over the last year or more really, anything under a month is on time..just saying for us free Americans we just have to live with not knowing when we'll get paid.

its because of the us gov't that betonline wont send the checks via fed ex/dhl/ups etc like almost every book i know of? really?

He is right regarding the Holidays. They are real Holidays.

Nov 28th (Independence Day) Since Nov 28 was a sunday the Holiday was Moved to Monday Nov 29th.

Dec 8th (Mother's Day on Panama)

i dont doubt that they are real holidays (mothers day though!?!?)

did they accept depsoits on these days? we all know the answer to that. how about advertising on the homepage that withdrawls will be slowed down because of there independence day and mothers day. any chance of that? we all know answer to that too.

and i requested a check from legends (also located in panama) on november 29th (the independence day). had check in hand 2 days later.

So it came..Good!!!

They always come give or take a few days within the 10 Business day Window...Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays don't count....If you take a look at the check you can tell when it was actually cut and sent...Processors take time but all is Good!!!!!

1- they dont always come give or take a few as i had one not come for 15+ business days and they sent me another 1

2-dont understand why its coming fed ex and they tell me regular mail.

3- dont understand why they are so much slower then greek, jamaica, 5dimes, legends, bodog with their checks yet charge similar fees.

4- i trust them to pay me but its still frustrating being slow paid even if the books states that all check will be a slow pay. thats basically what they do.

if you have so many issues with them go elsewhere...I have always been paid in timely fashion and within there time frames.....Hoildays and weekend do not count as they are not business days...They send most time via regular mail no different then Poker Stars...They charge few bucks more to pay there processors which are very good as I have yet to get a rubber check...They give you 1 withdrawal free each month so the fee should not be issue. If you are truly that frustrated by waiting 2 weeks to get your cash you most likely should not be gambling
