No using the VC period for using internet purchases didnt tell them what for of course

I've been having a hard time too. I have was using eWx, but it was just removed from all three of the books I use.

I tried ** for the first time today at DSI, and both times the payment got rejected. The first time, I called **. They said that they recognized the receiver, and they rejected it because I can't use ** to deposit money at a book. I told DSI and they gave me another receiver, but it was rejected too.

Any advice on this?
