Can you PLEASE offer a good reload promo? I loved the bonus match but was disappointed when I found out you could only use the promo once. Some books have great reloads (40% cash at legends) but the best I was offered at your book was 15% freeplay perhaps as high as 20%... I can't remember. I really like your customer service reps and attitude at the book but PLEASE can you come up with some good reload bonus or promo?

Yeah I was denied a second time as well and was also offered 15% freeplay for a reload LOL....very unimpressed and did not re-deposit.

Looks like another book will be getting my december deposit? Just seeing if you guys can do something better.. all I was offered was 15% as well

Maybe you have cashed out too much from them? Anyway they have stopped the 100% up to $1000 freeplay now as well so maybe they are tightening up.

It's a good sign if they have tightened up. There's no way they can stay afloat while continuing to offer those massive reload bonuses.

I actually have never cashed out from them. I know eventually the promo's will pick up... I just can't turn down 40-50% cash reloads when I am being offered 15% at betonline. It's ok it's how the industry works.
