    Can someone help me with this?
    DSI disabled my account because they said I have an account with bookmaker and have an instant deposit the got rejected for 1500.

    The only thing is I never used bookmaker in my life (also never deposited with e-checks in my life), but they keep insisting its the same info and that the accounts are related. They told me the name was spelled similar and it was in the same state so its fishy enough. Then they said both accounts were coming from my computer.

    Theres probably nothing I could really do, but any help on what I could do or how this could have happened would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Does anybody know how this is possible? They keep telling me that the two accounts have the same "device". But I never used bookmaker and nobody uses my computer but me.

      tell them to show you a transaction receipt and a log... they wont..

          OP, the complaint form is in my signature.

          It seems like an odd reason to disable your account, anyway, because it's quite common for people to have more than one account in the Bookmaker group. Unless these 2 accounts were max betting the same lines or something?

              Thanks for the help everyone. They keep saying that the two accounts are linked and coming from the same device, and I know for a fact I never used or registered at bookmaker. They said my account at DSI wont be re-activated unless I deal with the rejected instant deposit at the bookmaker account. But since I have no bookmaker account I cant do anything about it.

              I guess I'll try and file that complaint and see if it works out. Thanks again guys.
