Cold Call Offer from Diamond (Too good to be True??)

I just got a cold call offer from Diamond and rep i talked to said they are offering a 100% cash bonus on a deposit of $100 with only a 2 time roll over and a free payout. I know they are rated an A+ but would this offer concern anyone that they need to get in new money? I've never seen an offer like that before.

Live chat/e-mail them to verify the deal. It is not too good to be true but it is close. People have gotten great deals in the past but when they make the actual deposit they are told that they do not qualify.

Yeah, watch out these cold callers are salesmen who have no qualms about lying to you to get you to deposit. Most people deposit don't get their bonus then settle for whatever they can get at that point when they are told they were misinformed. It's all BS. Get it confirmed

CASH BONUS from those people does sound a little too good to be true. You should just call their toll free number on their site 1-877-2-BETDSI (238374) and ask to be transfered to the sales department and ask for the guy that called you to see if you really got a call from them.

That place is pretty stricked on not offering cash bonuses.
The most they usually let their sales reps offer is 30% Free Play but for cold calls more but still 100% caSH with 2 time roll sounds like who ever called you was not really from Diamond.

I would still call them if I were you and ask for that sales rep to see if its true before making an account and putting money in it.

Its not impossible because they know its not easy for a sales rep to close a Cold Call so they let them offer betters deals. They have a strong sales team and always like to welcome new players. Another thing you guys dont understand is that BM is big and has a lot of employees. They have a Sales department and a CS department.

The CS department doesnt have much of an idea about the outbound call bonus offers that the sales department is making to targeted customers.

The sales department targets certain people and those people that get a call are the lucky ones that can take advantage of the bonus offer made on the phone by the sales rep.

If the player is smart, he will remember the name of the guy that called him and call the number on the site and ask for the sales department and ask for a sales supervisor so that the sup can make sure your account was called and qualifies for the bonus. Not get on chat with CS that doesnt know what accounts are being called from sales.

Getting on chat is not going to solve anything because they are not the sales department. And if you have not gotten a call from the sales department with that offer. You problably dont qualify for that bonus.

I´ll be straight up with you guys I am an ex sales rep there and I am on their sh*t list so I am not winning anything by talking good about them. But I cannot talk bad about them because they always paid me on time and they pay every customer that makes a withdraw request with no lame excuses or run arounds like other places.

Its a business that always keeps investing in marketing and can afford to. There is nothing wrong with a business willing to take on new customers and make them special offers to sign up.

And for pokerplayer22. You should call the # on the site and ask for the sales department and make sure you are really being called from them. Somtimes the sales rep can sound desperate because hes trying to make a living. He gets paid comission on your deposit even if you win and take a payout. But its better to make sure you are really getting called from the company and not some scammer.

Furthermore, never once on this forum or any others have I ever told people not to play there (quite the contrary.) I play there. I'm platinum there actually to tell the truth. I did all my betting there this weekend to quite honest. That still doesn't change anything. Sorry, I don't buy it that they are so big and great that they cold call because they can. When Bookmaker started, they were extremely professional with everything. I was jumping for joy and was doing cartwheels inside my head because I thought there was someone who stepped up to the place for Pinnacle's absence to the US Market. Then there seemed to be an abrupt switch in their business model. I noticed simultaneously from the player end and the affiliate end the change of events which I stated. Please don't tell me a company is cold calling because they can. No company with true integrity would resort to that measure unless they ran out of other more feasible options.

The time line that I pointed out in the other (same as the link provided) thread is true, or as true as I can possibly make it with all the information I can gather.

Bookmaker is still a must have (at least for NFL, NCAAF, NBA, and NCAAB) for any player worldwide. They need to work on their baseball lines for sure though. I never said they weren't and for people not to play there, I play there.

5 Dimes does have a lot better and more Bonus options than BM, thats for sure (in my opinion) because of their different wager style line options.

Thats whats great about having so many places to choose from. Everyone has their favorites.

In the end people talk crap about all the books when they piss them off.
