    DSI erases me
I got Atlanta Hawks/ San Antonio Spurs under 198 -110 at DSI from sbrlines, and they "erased" the bet. It was 10 points off the pinnacle line so I can't really object to that. My objection is that they didn't email me. I think that should be standard practice.

CS - Lowell: Welcome to the Live Chat Support. How may I help you today?

    chemist: My wager has disappeared.

    chemist: This is unacceptable.

CS - Lowell: which wager was it ?

chemist: Atlanta Hawks/ San Antonio Spurs under 198 -110

CS - Lowell: that was a wrong line . that is why it was deleted

    chemist: About two hours ago.

chemist: That sucks. You should honor wagers.

CS - Lowell: In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a "no action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.

CS - Lowell: that is rule number 25

chemist: Well it wasn't obvious to me.

CS - Lowell: but it was .

chemist: I'm posting about this for sure.

CS - Lowell: im sorry but we are just following the rules

    chemist: no email even.

chemist: don't you notify on a void?

CS - Lowell: we are allowed to erase the bet because customer will take advantage of that error

chemist: So you don't notify the customer?

CS - Lowell: yes . we have a note in the account so when you log in with us over the phone or chat we will be able to tell you

chemist: That's ridiculous. So I wouldn't know unless I checked my bets?

CS - Lowell: im sorry but we cannot call one by one to all customers that made that bet

chemist: Email isn't that labor intensive! one script could email everyone.

CS - Lowell: a note in your account or an email has not much difference . customer will notice when they log in

CS - Lowell: and check the bets or emails

chemist: I don't agree. I think read their email more often than they check their betting a/c for voided bets!

CS - Lowell: this is a human error. we also do mistakes . if our customers keep the wager that is like taking advantage of the company . its not like winning a bet

CS - Lowell: how it should be

chemist: ok, well I wont waste your time any longer.

CS - Lowell: Is there anything else I can help you with?

I guess my question to you sir would be why did you bet into such an obviously bad line in the first place?

Yes, a time-stamped email is going to help avoid any potential issues after the game goes otb.

It's rarely an issue with the CRIS group becasue there are very few bad lines, when they do occur they are not close, and CRIS can see if you viewed the page with the message on it.

To tell you the truth, betting on bad lines, you are opening yourself up to a voided bet. Face it, you took a chance and you got caught. Happens to the best of them. Don't be so angry.

198 is a bad line, next time send them an email they may give you a small bonus!

If you bet bad lines somebooks will close your account and then you cannot play there anymore!

Idiot..you know it´s a bad line, but still get on the nerve of the CS guy with shit like "you should honor wagers".

There are bad books out there, and bad customers...you are one of the last
