BetDSI strives to fulfill all payout requests as quickly as possible, however, please be advised that all payout requests may take up to 7 to 10 business days to be processed and delivered.
If BetDSI receives your payout request prior to the daily cut-off time, the 7 to 10 business day time period will begin that same day, otherwise, the payout processing time period begins the following business day.
You may request one (1) payout every seven consecutive days.
The seven consecutive day time period is calculated starting from the most recent day on which funds were withdrawn from your account.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS & PAYOUTS
BetDSI can no longer refund deposits made using credit cards nor fulfill a payout request by directly crediting your credit card account. In order to better protect you from identity theft and guard you against fraudulent use of your credit card, if you deposit by credit card you will be required to fill-out a Credit Card Authorization Form verifying the original charges and must submit a copy of your valid ID before any payout from your account will be processed. Please download and print a copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form , or request the forms from BetDSI Customer Service. All requests deemed eligible for free payouts will be processed through instant deposit instant deposit ONLY.
For all other payout requests, BetDSI will first credit back to any E-Wallet method you may have used to make your deposit, such as MoneyBookers or Neteller, up to the amount of your deposit using those methods.
The remainder of your payout request may be delivered using the payout method of your choosing, if available.

General Payout Guidelines
1. To request a payout, please contact BetDSI Customer Service between Monday and Friday by calling 1-877-223-8374 or by making your request online by emailing cos@2betdsi.com or by Live Online Chat. Current payout methods include: instant deposit instant deposit, **, **, paper check, wire transfer, Neteller and MoneyBookers.
Paper Checks
2. To request a payout by paper check, you must contact BetDSI Customer Service and submit your request before the daily cut-off time of 12 Noon ET Monday through Friday in order to begin processing that same day. Your paper check payout request may take up to 7 to 10 days to be processed and delivered. Only one (1) paper check payout request is allowed per week, the maximum payout is $3,000 per check, and the processing fee is $50 per check.
MoneyBookers & Neteller
3. To request a payout by MoneyBookers and Neteller, you must contact BetDSI Customer Service and submit your request before the daily cut-off time of 3pm ET Monday through Friday in order to begin processing that same day. For payouts under $500 the processing fee is $15, between $501 and $2,500 the fee is $30, between $2,501 and $5,000 the fee is $60, and between $5,001 and $8,000 the fee is $75.
MoneyBookers and Neteller processors are available to non-US customers ONLY.

Bank Wires
5. The processing fees for bank-to-bank wire transfers are calculated by taking the amount of your payout request, multiplying it by .005, and adding $55. The minimum fee for wire transfers is $70.
Holding Periods for Specific Deposit Methods
6. To request a payout by E-WalletXpress, your deposit must have cleared a holding period of at least 5 days prior to processing. To request a payout by **********, your deposit must have cleared a holding period of at least 6 days prior to processing.
