I tried to make a withdrawal yesterday from BetOnline, when i was told i had not yet met the rollover requirements. I was told i still had to rollover money from a deposit made back in Aug 2009 and a free play won in a contest at the same time. I probably went bust in that account in September 2009 betting on the horses. Do all books work like this, where they wont let you make a withdrawal unless you meet rollover, even if your account hits $0?? i was under the impression that once you hit $0 you would start over from scratch on rollovers on your next deposit.. For me it rough as i mostly bet horses there and while i know that doesnt count towards any rollover, it now forced me to make large bets on sports to meet a rollover from 2009... do all books do this, keep adding on to rollovers even when players lose everything to them??

#2When you bust out the remaining rollover should be voided. Why would you come back to the book otherwise? You don't even need to hit zero for a rollover to be voided; if given a choice, a book may rather have a redeposit than a shot at your remaining balance, and scratch the remaining rollover. You can negotiate with books. Some are very strict with their terms, others just use them as general guidelines.Comment -

Seems to me the key word here is probably. Did you bust out or not?
If you didn't, the rollover information they are giving you is probably correct.
If you did bust out, someone there is simply making a mistake. Often sportsbook employees don't know what they are doing and it pays to talk to someone else.Comment -

#4I read that (probably) as relating to the time that he busted out. You kind of know that you bust out, and redeposit.Comment -

#8Email Alexc@betonline.com and it will be taken care of. Alex is one of the best managers at a book you can deal with along with Scotty at BetJamaica and Richard at BetPhoenix.Comment -

#9Be careful, wasn't it peep they pulled this with a month ago or so.
BO sometimes leaves a penny or so in your account, so technically you may not have been bust.
That said, email Alex, class guy and has been fair with me in the past. He monitors these boards I am sure, and should be able to square you away.
Keep us posted.Comment -

#11Ugh, this post got me curious.
Apparently like an above poster mentioned, they seem to have given me ONE PENNY in my account after a failed 'all-in', is that an attempt to juke me with this same rollover nonsense?
Minimum bet is $1.00 so I can't even bet it away...Comment -

#12They're sounding like real morons with this "Free penny!" bullshit. Who the hell would redeposit there when they can deposit at another book and not have rollover? Do any other books try this bamboozlement?Comment -

#13Hey guys, first post. So when I want to make a withdrawal from my BetJamaica account through fed ex and get a check, am I going to have to make a copy of my ID and send it to them? I have been reading that people have had to send copies of their ID via email to the site. Kinda scary to me. If I do indeed have to do this, can I black out the drivers license number before sending it to them, or does that have to be on there?
Thanks a lot guys. Appreciate the helpComment
