I think what you're asking for is for SBR to review payment processors. Not going to happen, particularly because it's in no-one's interests - especially yours - if names, etc. of processors are in the public domain. Then you're even less likely to get paid on your cheque. At most, I would confirm with 5Dimes that they are going to use a different processor, and that they was an actual processor problem with the returned cheque, rather than an issue with your bank (which could arise with the new cheque).

I think the forum is supposed to be the third party. Did 5dimes make good on the amount? Work it out with them and if not, submit a complaint.

I'm sure 5dimes will straighten this out. I notice the list of books sending out bad checks keeps growing and is a problem but it is not just isolated to 5dimes. I've noticed a lot of threads dealing with multiple books. All the same problem.
