On 1 November I asked them about it and they told me they need some documents.
I sent the documents they requested and they answer me next day that:

''This is received and our risk department will look it over the next bank day''

So yesterday I asked them again if they check my documents because already 9 days past and their answer was

''As mentioned the other day, it does indeed take our risk department some bank days to go through and verify documents.''

So I think they try to delay my payout as much as they can.
