Bodog Streak Up The CUp Problems

Bodog currently has the following promotion going on..

I opted in and hit a streak of 9 qualifying bets over the first couple days.
waited and waited but was never contacted
finally I emailed them and they confirmed I had hit a streak and they would contact marketing and get back to me in 24-48 hours.
So I wait a few days and still hear nothing.

Has anybody else has problems with this promotion?
Or has anybody hit a streak and gotten their reward?

I hate these promotions that try and save money by never actually giving anything unless you constantly e-mail and complain for weeks.
