Seems like everyone has some issues with their software. I don't really have a problem with it freezing/loading though, maybe your connection is too slow? If not, try another browser maybe.

Freezes (on loading) spmetimes and I still have to login twice to be able to place a wager. And I sure widh they would go to listing games by rotation # and not starting times. Wish they'd go back to the old software.

ok, i get stuck all the time in firefix, eplorer and modzilla. guess while others have issues, it is much worse for me then most.

one of the problems with their site is an exit page popup survey window. anytime you navigate through the site, it activates a pop up survey which have been know to freeze and crash browsers especially when there are anti pop up and virus softwares running. contact them and tell them to get rid of that stupid popup program.

Your not alone it freezes on me all the time to0...One thing I do is uncheck confrim bet box..it seems to accept the bet even when it freezes up. Horse wagers though freeze up and due to post times that come quick are difficult to get in sometimes

I sort of have it figured out, and have been getting on about 75% of the time now.

What happens for me is sign in page loads fine, then sometimes sportspage does not fully load (according to "done" at bottom of IE8 not appearing).

If it fully loads, I can go on and get my bets in. If not, I need to reload the whole site.

Who knows?

If you leave the screen too long, after like 10 minutes, and then come back trying to click around to find your lines, it often stuck in "reload" mode. When that happens, you can not even reload their home page to start over. It just sit there.

I have had issues, but they were worse in the past. Still room for improvement though.

I agree with the point about listing games by rotation number.

They have been updating their website since September....we have been told"wait until you see the new page/betting platform,it will be the best".....well lets see it,before we all leave......Take your time guys.no one will be around to check it out!!

Next week we're re-launching the "classic" interface. Should address everyone's iissues here.

In the meantime, use mobile.betonline.com; simple fast effective relief. Ain't pretty but if you're here you probably know what you want to bet and how and it's fine for those plays.

First time I've heard a complaint about the survey though--that's supposed to pop once and only once per unique IP. So unless you're habitually blowing cookies away, should never see it again. Perhaps I'll just move it to the exit page and my account pages where you can choose to do it...

Yup, that's the plan. So short term, e.g., rest of the season, have classic and a continuing-to-improve NEW platform, then... we'll see.
