Finally, the story can be told -- I gambled with this company for over a year, about $1K a day, give or take .... I was down about 7K going into the second week in January when I went on a great ML run, winning 15K in that week ... leaving me up a total of 8K from their company.
That's good.
The next day, I found my limits had been moved from $1000 to $25 without so much as a word from them. I had over $15K in their bank and was immediately concerned about getting paid. I though what book cuts you off just because you finally had a good week. Finally a manager sent an e-mail saying it was just a business decision, nothing personal.
That's bad.
I found this site and wrote to both Dan and Dozer, and they put my mind at ease that if I were to get ripped off, they'd be able to help. But I wanted to take my time and see what happened next. BetED allows you to take out 3K a week and takes 7-10 days in all to payout through instacheck ...
That's good (Dozer and Dan) and bad (having no other place to gamble and having my money tied up it BetED for 5 weeks at the best)
I have now spent the past 5 weeks withdrawing my money faithfully every Monday morning and there has not been a hitch. Just received the last of the 15K today. They paid me every penny after getting rid of my gambling action.
That's great.
I did start another account with BetOnLine and lost $4K to them -- it is money I would have lost to BetED, if they had any patience and realized I am a very streaky gambler (what they should have noticed from my previous year with them).
That is funny.
And now I'm pretty happy. BetED was honorable. If you are not looking to gamble too high/win too much/too quickly, they are a great book. Always polite and live up to their word, pay-offs are professionally done (never a problem for me) ...
Thanks SBR and thanks BetED for not only paying me everything you owed, but for also stopping me from throwing more back if I had had access the entire time.
Oh, but please be a little more professional when you are cutting off a big money customer. A little bit of communication goes a long way ...
