You have to watch out for these guys. I asked them if there were any gift cards you can use to fund an account. The rep mentioned one, I won't name it. I went out and finally found a place that sold the card, i went to make the deposit and the next guy tells me those cards don't work. They admit their wrong and offer me a $6 FP for the trouble. I didn't lose anything except for the fee, but i'd rather not have a gift card. And why offer a $6 FP? I would rather be offered nothing at all. I didn't take it anyway.

I don't really care to much, its just that you would think the people that work there would know what works and what doesn't. Out of all the books i've used there CS reps are the most arrogant.

They have been great for deposits and the fee from them is generally a buck or two GL guys.

they told me if i use prepaid VC card that its treated like a cc;; ie fax in copies of card etc;; thats silly;; its a CASH;; card;; its not on credit;; bjam treats it like a cash deposit;;; why cant these guys;;
but i guess diff cs poeple will give me a different story;; i hope they read this and change the policy;;

as a canadian i was told to get a certain card (relates to a sporting event that happens every 4 years...), then i was told it would work, but they wont guarantee any card will work. so if its not accepted, im SOL.

i had better luck when i emailed them about which ones work. they sent me a very specific list of which ones to get. try that for better results next time instead of the phone b/c i notice i get much faster and courteous responses thru email than over the phone

It doesn't matter if its a sports book, poker, casino, books, electronics, 99% of online customer service is incompetent.

Their jobs is nothing more than copy and pasting answers. When your question doesn't match one of their predefined answers they just keep pasting the wrong answers in there until you either give up or have to speak to a manager.
