You have to watch out for these guys. I asked them if there were any gift cards you can use to fund an account. The rep mentioned one, I won't name it. I went out and finally found a place that sold the card, i went to make the deposit and the next guy tells me those cards don't work. They admit their wrong and offer me a $6 FP for the trouble. I didn't lose anything except for the fee, but i'd rather not have a gift card. And why offer a $6 FP? I would rather be offered nothing at all. I didn't take it anyway.

#4I don't really care to much, its just that you would think the people that work there would know what works and what doesn't. Out of all the books i've used there CS reps are the most arrogant.Comment -

#15It doesn't matter if its a sports book, poker, casino, books, electronics, 99% of online customer service is incompetent.
Their jobs is nothing more than copy and pasting answers. When your question doesn't match one of their predefined answers they just keep pasting the wrong answers in there until you either give up or have to speak to a manager.Comment
