Signed up there this past Summer to take advantage of a nice freeplay for first deposit ($500) that Nathan/Sharky was giving some of the guys on this board. Had some issues with my debit card but figured them out with the very competent customer service guys on the phone. They got me up and running just in time for me to hit the NBA total I wanted to use the freeplay on, which won. Very good vote of confidence for them right there at the beginning. Anyway, continued to use them throughout football season and was fortunate enough to run my $500 deposit up to about $3600 with a little more still pending on a NCAAF BCS champion future. It should be said that if you're looking to hit soft lines and get openers, this is not the place for you. But if you just want a solid book with good software to play fair lines on games you like, they had everything I needed. I requested a $3000 check via fedex on a Tuesday a couple weeks ago and it arrived at my house that same Friday, a total of 72 hours later. Yesterday morning I had an unexpected expense pop up at home and thought to myself "man, it sure would be nice to pull out $400 of the minor remaining balance I have at JustBet to pay for this so I don't have to go to the bank." So on a whim, I called customer service yesterday morning to see about getting a ** sent my way, and a mere 4 hours later I was at the local walmart picking up the cash.
Everyone I've ever spoken with there via livechat and on the phone was extremely professional. And lastly, bout a month or so ago I wanted to check how I was progressing toward my rollover, so after asking for an update via livechat, they sent me a detailed email within 24 hours letting me know how much I had left, how all numbers were calculated, etc. And you could tell it was a personal email, not just some random generic template in broken english like you see so many other places.
Before 6 months ago, I'd never really heard of JustBet, but I gotta say that they have easily won my business now for next football season, and I look forward to depositing there again soon. A++ in my book, keep up the good work.
