go to live chat and talk to them. I think they take all person to person requests before 12 Eastern. They'll probably ask to see a copy of your id and card though.

** has $950 limit, fee was only $30 and had money within 24 hours from 5dimes. great sportsbook. Monday morning there is no fees I think once a month

Yikes, I was just told by 5Dimes that the free Monday checks are GONE and checks now cost $60.

Their banking page reflects this new policy as well.

I understand that they've had processor issues, and if they need to charge a fee now, fine, but $60 per $3000 is brutal.

At least that one's still free (once per 30 days). Fine for smaller amounts, but if you were used to taking the free FedEx checks for low 4-figures, you either have to pay fees now, limit yourself to small ** payouts, or use B2B transfers.

I hope they get their banking/processor issues worked out and bring back the free FedEx option.

WOW. I used the fedex a couple times...took a little longer than expected to receive the checks, but there was processor issues.

I then used Instant Deposit, and it took 3 business days to be available in my bank account. I will be doing that for now on.

They told me 4 straight days wed/thurs/Fri/Mon to check the next day for a tracking number, I then quit asking and the check came on tuesday. 8 Days to receive a check.

$25 fee....1500 maximum withdrawal

i always use this method for withdrawal from 5 Dimes and receive funds in my bank account in 48-72 hours

A-C-H is giving me a hiccup on the first go. "Processed" 10/30 and still waiting 11/11... Not sure where the snag is.

i think they are having processor issues.....it seems that some checks have bounced , and recent instant deposit payments are taking way too long.

I requested instant deposit payment about three weeks ago and had funds within 48 hours , but my recent request is 4 days old and no payment received...i know others that have been waiting over a week

it's not good for an A rated book to have these issues

They wouldn't accept credit card deposits last week, because the processor was down.
