Are you experiencing delays entering wagers at bookmaker?

Just wondering are people experiencing some sort of delay when entering wagers at bookmaker for more than 500? Bookmaker tells me accounts aren't ever put on delay's and it must be something to do with their software. Just wondering if others are having similar problems? I'm estimating it often takes between 8 and 10 seconds to get larger wagers accpeted.

Is anybody having this problem or noticing a change in the amount of time it takes to get a wager processed online at bookmaker?

Their software in general is somewhat slow, but i've never noticed a difference based on the amount of action.
And I believe they don't do delays.
