Just had a issue with 5dimes customer service. I was playing their live dealer blackjack and the entire system froze in the middle of a hand, not just for me, but for everyone at the table. Nobody was allowed to hit/stand. Well, when everyone at the table timed out and ended up standing on hands such as 11 and 9, the dealer (who showed a 6) ended up making a 20 and everyone lost. I contacted 5dimes with the hand number but was still basically told to F-Off and they said that is the risk in playing live dealer games. I told them to shut off my live dealer and that i would be cashing out tomorrow....and all this over $40. Ive deposited over 17k with them this year and while i know they dont need my business, they wont be getting it anymore.
