So tell them that. You rent a house, and the utility bills are not in your name. I have never been asked for a utility bill. I send them a scanned copy of the 1st page of my bank statement, just showing the address, not my actual account balance, and I've never had an issue.

The reason for a utility bill is because that is proof of where you are living.

I think the utility bill is overkill, but if you look at the rules going in, they state that they ask for it.

standard, any bill with your name is sufficient

I usually provide bank statement copy, cell phone bill copy, and passport copy. Haven't had a problem yet.

They called me and didn't ask for any bill. Just verified my info after I had emailed them a copy of my birth certificate. I asked if there was anything else they need and they said no. Are they going to ask for this later if I win?
