5dimes payout problem

Hello everyone, I have this little problem with 5Dimes.com sportsbook.

I have requested a payout of ~ $6000 in 5dimes. I originally deposited with Moneybookers. Now the trouble - moneybookers decided after a year of investigation that they will close my account. They paid me all money left on MB account, but now 5dimes refuses to pay me out anywhere else except moneybookers account. They say they wont assist in any "money fraud schemes". I have already asked for other options and was denied. MB also doesnt want to reopen account.

Can anyone help with this issue? How do I persuade any of these sides to let me get my own money?? I welcome any help...thanks!

Thanks for the advice, i will try to write him about my problem.
However, I already used the complaint form you mentioned here and it was of no use - a guy named Lou replied me that he can do nothing about it since 5Dimes apparently did no wrong (
