When did you email her 24/7 ? .... I mean it is possible she might have taken the day off, and hasn't read your email yet.

But WTF.

I think SBR's rating is correct until some improvements are made.
        24/7,

I just spoke with Joey from BJO. He informed me that their was a paperwork updating issue with their moneybookers merchant account (hence the temp removal of that funding option). He also went on to tell me this matter should be cleared up in a few days.

Also he went on to say that he would like to offer other transfer solutions to you. Needless to say they are trying to make you as comfortable as they can during this transition.

Tend to agree with BBD here. These folks are obviously going through growing pains and many of us are rightly gun shy.

At least they are not taking the BetOnLine approach and not offering Moneybookers at all. Still can't figure out that business decision.

As I have said here and to others--if they can make some improvements to their software, continue to upgrade customer service AND offer the ewallets they espouse--they might make it to a C book by next football season.

            I also agree with BBD
I hve been using them for a few weeks now without problems.
Their phone support is a little rough, but you can allways call Charlie.
But I think its true there are going to be some rough edges at first, but they are usuing a -103 model so you cant expect the same service and payout options as a full juice book.

Are they offering a cash bonus or a freeplay bonus? Thanks.

                Kieth,

Here is what they have on their website on this subject. Maybe 24/7 could elaborate a little bit more on this subject, because he is currently playing there.

                Initial Deposit Bonus

                30% Deposit Bonus

Big Juicy Odds offers all initial transactions a bonus depending on the amount deposits.
Receive up to 30% initial deposit bonus on a minimum deposit of $100.00 and a maximum of $10,000.00 in your wager account.
Deposit and bonus must be rolled over 10x times prior to requesting a payout. If you request a payout and you have not completed your wagering requirements the bonus will be deducted from your balance prior to processing your payout.
                Reload Bonus

                Reload Bonus

                15% Reload Bonus

Big Juicy Odds offers all reload transactions a bonus of 15%. Deposit of a minimum $100.00 and a maximum of $10,000.00 and receive the additional 15% in your wager account.
Deposit and bonus must be rolled over 10x times prior to requesting a payout. If you request a payout and you have not completed your wagering requirements the bonus will be deducted from your balance prior to processing your payout.
Now as far as the answer to your question goes. Hopefully others can give you more input.

I didn't realize there was a 10x rollover. For that kind of rollover I would think it would be a cash bonus. Thanks Dan. Hope someone else can pipe in here.

They gave me a 50% Cash bonus with a 5X roll over. I hit it in 4 days. I was just sorry I didn't put in another 1K as the max deposit was 2K.

                      24/7,

Did you workout that alternate payment solution with Charlie or Joey in regards to the processing issues they are currently having with Moneybookers?

They told me they are working with moneybookers and it should be up and running in a few days. I have decided to wait till middle of the week if it isn't available I guess I'll do a bank wire or something. Moneybookers is just so easy for Canadians.
