I m really sorry that my first post in SBR will be a complaint.
I m also really sorry that i didnt read well all the reviews and opinions for Mybet that can be found here.

Lured by a very nice bonus, i decided to open an account with Mybet. The bonus was ''deposit 100 euros, and get 100 extra cash''. It was a very strong campaign heading for Greek players. Their banners could be found all over The Greek forums.
I opened an account there (despite the bad reviews that i read here) and got the bonus imediately. So far, so good. This bookmaker offers some very nice lines especially in the German Bundesliga soccer, where i always like to bet. Luckily, i won several bets with them, and my balance went up and up to 3000 euros. I finished with the roll over requirements and decided to withdraw my money, thinking that it wouldn't be nice keeping that much money in a bookmaker like Mybet.
They asked for some documents, and i sent them everything they asked for. Unfortunately, no money came to my bank account. An e-mail came from them, asking me which banner i used, in order to open my account. I pinpointed the banner that i used, from a very popular sportsbetting website. Days were passing, but still, no money in my bank account. I loged in to my Mybet account, and received a pop up message telling me to contact CS. I called them on the phone, and they said that my account was linked to several other accounts and they refused to pay.
This is a big lie, since i only have 1 account with mybet. I used mybet only from home, (no internet caffes) and absolutely nobody else used my pc to play with mybet, or any other bookmaker.

I strongly suggest to all players to be extremelly carefull with this bookmaker.

What a bad notice!, i always withdraw with them but very smallers amounts. The question is you win too much money and they don´t want to pay 3000 for a deposit of 100. In this case you can´t withdraw before cause of the rollover but if you start to win many money in a little book is better to withdraw part of the money and when they pay then bet again. I don´t know the country where they have their addres but if it is in UE maybe you can require in greece. Good luck

Unfortunately, in my case, i wasn't able to withdraw any amount of money. I finished with the roll over requirement right after my balance went up to 3k.

This is a joke...unfortunately i received this bonus of 100 euro(i wish i have never had and actually i wish i have never had mess with this scam book named mybet)!
well 21 of octomber after finishing rollover requirements i asked for a withdrawal and then i was requested for sending some documents as i did,however till yesterday i was sending them email without responding and this is the reason why i took(fortunately)some screenshots of the withdrawing request.Tday after trying to log in my account i realised that it was blocked(Your access has been blocked. Please contact the customer care. ) and when i checked my email i realised that i had received an email informing me that i shoud say bye bye to my 2160 euro(including the deposit) as i had violated some t & c...
of course this is ridiculous as i had never had any other account with this thing mybet and i also never used any public pc or sth like that....
what is onna happen with mmy money charlie sarah maria?
i dont believe that you will close all the greek accounts because of suspision of fraud...
in all greek forums many many people complaining for closing their accounts i really dont know what are you trying to do i have already completed the complaint form here and contacted lga support...
i never violated anything so i believe i will get my money...
and i will sugest all the other people with the same problems to do the same actions by announcing about lga etc in the forums...

I read carefully your posts, and i see that this (so called) company is focusing on the 100 euro bonus.
If you take a look at all greek gambling forums, you will see that mybet confiscated balances from all accounts, even those that took the standard bonus of 50 euros, that is on for years now. Also, you confiscated money from very old accounts. I see that the range of players is huge. From 270 euros, to 8500 euros.
My opinion is, that you started a campaign that you clearly can't afford. You probably thought that the Greek betting market is similar to Uganda's (i have nothing against Uganda). That means that the concept of this campaign was wrong from the very beggining, and that your company can't even afford to pay 270 euro balances.
The e-mail that i received today, clearly states that my account is associated with others and this is a big lie.
I will inform lga about your fraudelent behaviour. I m afraid that you really dont care about this, since all scambooks are licenced there.
I will file a complaing here in SBR, knowing that SBR people are gentlemen that will have to deal with Godfathers.
Unfortunately there is nothing else i can do, but let the world know what mybet is, and protect players from you.
I m really sorry i didnt keep any screenshots of my balances so i can show them here. Now my account is blocked and i cant take any screenshot.
Furthermore, dear Sarrah, i would like to inform you, that serious bookmakers like Betoto, and Sportingbet, are offering much more than 100 euro bonuses to Greek players, and they do not face fraudelent activities.
The vast majority of bookmakers, offer 100 euro bonuses to all Greek players, and they do not face fraudelent activities.
That means that there is something wrong with you, and not with the rest of the planet.

I submitted a complaint in lga, but i dont think something will change.
Mybet stopped replying to my e-mails, now i get a mailer deamon reply. Mybet took my money and just walked away. Furthermore, that guy that claims he is working for Mybet, Charlie18, Sarah, Anna Maria, just dissappered. I dont think that he had something to say in the first place.

Even though i agree that Mybet is a scambook, i believe that it is not a good idea to withdraw everything from them. Bringing them in the danger zone, will have as a result that all players, not only Greeks will lose their money.
On the other hand, the first that will withdraw will be the lucky ones. Weird indeed.

I have already answer to you regarding this matter : a bug in our system had generated wrong odds. The mistake was obvious as the odds were reversed (the winning team had its odd increasing instead of decreasing!!!) We have canceled all these bets according to our t&c for ALL customer whether they lost or won the bet That´s just the rule. Kindly check our t&c!

Also I would like to remember all of you that we are frequently control by the LGA. So our t&c are in accordance to the LGA requirements like any other betting company

Mybet still confiscating money. Even players with 100 euros balance cant withdraw.
SBR and LGA are looking on this.
Sarah (or whatever his name is) dissappeared from SBR and Greek forums.
Mybet's customer service not replying to e-mails.

I believe that players lost their funds. It seems that Mybet's local branches are working as affiliates, and when the affiliate goes negative, they just suck player's money.

It seems that if you have dynamic IP then your best bet is to stay away.
