so what happens if you bet a 2 teamer and one of those teams TIE and one of the teams LOSE? is my wager automatically refunded or NOT? the last two sentences conflict with each other.

My reading ... the highlighted red sentence trumps the highlighted black sentence.

I think most people would realize that the "TIE = WAGER REFUNDED" sentence assumes that this rule applies only if the other leg of the teaser is a win or tie. In any event, the "ANY LOSS = TEASER LOSES" sentence is quite clear.
