I live in the US. Should I be worried about using these methods? Which one is preferable?

i dont know about other books but 5dimes only lets you do instant deposit up to 1500. so if u were doing 3k you'd have to do a wire.
i thought about this myself actually and i think instant deposit would be better b/c it seems like the most fraudulent transactions occur from bank wires to and from other countries (at least it seems this is the paper trail that would most likely to be watched/followed by someone especially because it can involve large amounts)
