Yeah this guy Tony is by the book. 5dimes is great but you know how much business they will loose if they keep Tony as high as he is, to be honest hes hurting them more then helping, well thats what i got from my incounter with him. He feels like he is the Grand Master manager and forget that he works for the customers and not the other way around. let me set the record straight from dealing with 5dimes for a very long time. Everyone there can be annoyinng or they can be your best friend, depending how you treat them. just like any other industry or mode of life, you get back what you put in,
for example. right now i'm up north in jersey on business, and i called 5dimes about a discrepency on my transactions. After a long time on hold, they came back and fixed it..i thanked them and all is fine now.
its like with this site...i'm trying to post more meaningful posts and its not always easy, but im trying..
