Our goal is to turn this into the BEST book in the business. We have a long way to go (software--but new alternative interface(s?) coming in about two weeks) but that which we CAN change--player services, deposit options, etc--we HAVE changed.

Max does indeed rock. The lady I got last night however, tried to get me to increase the amount of my CREDIT CARD deposit because "There are some great games tomorrow and we cover all fees over $300". I know I'm nitpicking, but the super slow response between my messages and the confusing me with someone else was annoying.
