Key here, can you show a statement with 500 avail BEFORE deposit initiated.

If not, move on...loosing battle.

Keep in mind it will need to show funds in acct 10/23. Very easy to manipulate deposit times, but date is solid proof.

I could be wrong, but I didn't think the sportsbook (in this case Betus) would be able to know the amount in the account when the check bounces, only that it had insufficient funds. If this is the case, they would have no idea that there was actually $500 in the account. Hope everything works out.

is this a betus issue? are they the ones that added the extra 3 cents to youyr deposit? does it say on the instant deposit that it might add extra pennies? im not sure what they have done wrong here.

This is the first time it has ever happened to me. I gave them my checking info using live chat they had to call I guess verifiy that I had the funds and 15mins later money was in my account. the amount of the instant deposit was $500 but when hit my account it was acuatlly $500.03 (i guess they do that to stay under the radar). I called my bank asking if I can add 3 cents would they pay the check but it was too late. I was just gonna ** betus the $500 and keep playing but now I refuse to do that because what's stopping them from ever paying me. I emailed sbr the statements showing that $500 was there that day so we will see what happens

Playing it too close to the vest on your bank account is never a wise thing to do!

Can i ask you,why you didnt inform CS via chat or by calling that they put 3 cents more on your account?

I informed them as soon as I knew the instant deposit was going to bounce which was day three

I hope they stop playing tricks one day. I am tired of their games. Hoping you get paid, now what if you lost the $500 they would take it without saying "oh well you didn't deposit the 3 cents". Come on stop this betus and play fair with us. For a whole 3 cents you crying, I will give you 5 cents if you give this guy his money that is a extra 2 cents for you. If BetUS, then they can't avoid paying the winnings provided you can show you had $500 in there. If HSBC, then you're SOL cause the 0.03 is then just like an exchange fee and I know no US-facing book would care if a debit deposit bounced because I got the exchange rate wrong in guessing how many GBP would get taken for my USD deposit.

It was the processor for betus who added the 3cents (i am pretty sure they do this so it looks better for the bank)

here is an update betus ruled in my favor and I deposited the $500 and have my account open again will request a payout next week if I don't lose it and see what happens.
