Everybody raves on about how great the betting exchange is, but how exactly does it work? What are the wager limits for pros?

There are no limits, you can take as much as is offered on a specific line, and when that amount is gone, within a short period of time (seconds on major events) more will be there to take, especially the closer you get to game time. Or, you can offer as much as you want at a specific line and if the line is competitive, in almost all cases it will get filled. If you win, 2% is taken off of what you win.
