12bet + Mansion88 cancelled winning bet aston villa - Burnley (Handicap 1,25)

yesterday soccer match carling cup Aston Villa - Burnley. I was betting on burnley handicap 1,25 using both 12bet (150 €) and Mansion88 (87 €). The result of the match after 90 minutes was 1:1, so both bets won. Unfortunately 12bet and M88 both cancelled.

I got a mail from 12bet on October, 27th, 10:04 pm, that the bet has been cancelled. At this time, the first half of the soccer match was still played! (beginning was October, 27th, 8:45 pm).

Did anyone bet on the other side: Aston Villa - 1,25 and got his stake back? Or did 12bet / M88 grade them as lost?

altough i have to admit they did inform you ridiculously late. i had missed that part in my first post.

The asian books are really hot when it comes to voiding bad lines.
The sad thing is even on the correct hcp your bet would have won, IMO they should pay out on the correct hcp. Unusual to see a mistake such as this, it's more commonly just a bad line because of a typo on the odds.

12Bet and Mansion88 use the same software and odds. That's the reason why both canceled.

I placed the bet on October, 25th, in the morning. The handicap 1,25 could be taken until the start of the game. In the half time (half time result was 0:0), 12bet + M88 expected a result which was bad for them and decided to cancel all bets on that handicap. In fact, they were right. In my opinion they can cancel every wager if they have a plausible reason. But if they cancel a wager when half of the match is still played, it's not ok I think. I don't know the odds on the other side.
