Pinnacle payout team is brainless.
My problems with them are from my switch from EURO to USD which is now over 2 years.
I used both Moneybookers (MB) and (NT) for funding them, in last year only NT. I am making plenty of deposits and payouts, but occasionaly they deliberately decided to cancel my payout and say you have to cover previous deposits of MB with payouts. They said it also in OCT 07, i had to withdraw 8K to MB before i can withdraw to NT, which i did. After this NT payouts were processed with no problems and I made also about 10 NT deposits and 0 MB deposits. Last NT deposit was done 3 days ago and it was 6.5K. Today i asked for 3K payout. I was refused again: "you have to cover MB deposits", they said /i did it in OCT and i think also few times before/. WTF? Then they sent another email: "you have to cover 2K EUROS of deposits from the 2 years closed account". It is incredibly annoying. Next time when they have empty Neteller will they ask me to cover deposits of whole my country? Probably.
