Hi, I wanted to thank SBR for the chance of getting a 50 free play at BetPhoenix for the points, and BETPHOENIX for their excellent customer service, specially Wendy and Jorge who helped me out with my doubts and questions in spanish and english. Did the rollover, asked for a withdrawal yesterday via moneybookers and expected a 7-10 days like i was told but the money just arrived 23 hours later.
Only negative comment is the 20$ fee, which for a small recreational european player is no doubt the bigest minus point...but after all i just can say nice book, excellent CS and fast payouts.
