    5 dimes disappointed me
Apparently, if you try to withdraw $1000 or less, you must pay a fee of at least $15. I talked to customer service to see what the deal was, only thing they helped me with is that

"Luigi: Once every thirty days on a Monday morning you may request up to $40 in fees be waived"

So I if I wait 6days (until next Monday) and call in the morning (I don't usually wake up before noon...) then I can waive a payout fee and get my freaking money back

i actually have a question relating to this.

i'm making my 1st withdrawal from 5dimes for around 500 and am using instant deposit/instant deposit aka e-chek to get my money. I was told it costs 25 bucks unless you request the free once-a-month withdrawal on monday mornings like the original poster mentioned.

My question is that since i work every monday 6am-3pm and theres NO way i can ever get off or not come in (wouldn't be worth $25 to do that anyways) can I request the payout SUNDAY NIGHT so that it will be processed on Monday morning? Or do i actually have to request it by logging on to my account and submitting the request on monday morning during the hours specified?

I wish they could extend the hours, instead of 12eastern cutoff time they should make it like 5pm eastern b/c a lot of ppl get home from work right around that time.

ps i have no internet access where i work and cant use my phone either for the internet, even on a break.

        btw @ original poster -

its not that hard to wake up before noon for one day if you want to save $40 in fees (or 15 in your case).

since it sounds like its an inconvience for you, just pay the 15 and that you wont have to wait til monday and you can sleep in

you should be lucky you're available to have access to internet/computer on monday mornings to take advantage of the free withdrawal because most ppl aren't/don't

I'm fairly sure you have to request it during the time period given for Monday's free payouts, I would be surprised if you were able to do it Sunday night, for Monday...The 5d customer service people are unwillinging to be flexible with rules/regulations..

as i said in my post, i cant access the internet during work and cant use my phone until my lunch, which unfortunately is at 12noon (1pm eastern).

i'm surprised more people don't have this problem.

Its not a biggie b/c i went into the casino and played 1 hand of blackjack for $25 and won (so that basically paid my fee )

And if i won enough to have to do a wire (min 1500) i'd gladly pay the 40 if i was cashing out that much - well i should say it wouldn't bother me.

just out of curiosity, do other books have the same kind of stipulations/time frames for their free monthly cashouts?

and they waived the fee?? If so, then thanks Gilbert!

I think I'm not gonna mess with it though b/c i just ran up my balance another 500ish so now instead of cashing out 500 i'm gonna do 1000

if i wait til sunday night, being only tuesday right now, there is the definite possiblity of a "massive meltdown"/ "mega monkey tilt" / "complete retardation" (or whatever name u wanna call it) by me being dumb and greedy and blowing it all back.

No, I think I will pay the 25 bucks and cash that shit out asap.
