Best bet is probably The Greek though... but they are always quick to move lines, so im not sure how successful you will be betting steam.

Pinnacle and Bookmaker time it like men, and exchanges don't care. As far as I can tell everyone else will strike back in some form. Olympic is less tolerant than most books at its level.
