i am not on the phone with anyone. called customer service, still not fixed.

finally fixed, site has gotten stuck loading this weekend (altough better then in the past i think). hate that they changed there wagering so it automatically accepts without confirming. placed a wager by accident yesterday becasue of this, thankfully they cancelled it.
